Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
How to start a return Email us at support@wakelle.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges & damaged items If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us and we'll arrange a free replacement right away.
Non-returnable items Items returned more than 30 days after delivery, or not in their original condition, may not be eligible for a refund.
